The Florida-based alt-rock outfit Versaemerge makes passionate and driving emo pop/rock centered around vocalist Sierra Kusterbeck. Also featuring guitarist/vocalist Blake Harnage and bassist Devin Ingelido, Versaemerge grew out of Harnage's high school band and released one EP with a different singer before adding Kusterbeck in 2006. Two years later, the musicians released another EP, Perceptions, and signed with the label Fueled by Ramen. In 2010, Versaemerge released its debut full-length album, Fixed at Zero, and spent the summer traveling the country as part of the Warped Tour.
